internet
There are many forms of communication available via the Internet that do not cost anything extra to use. E-mail is probably the most widely used form of communication on the Internet; it has practically replaced the traditional letter. There are countless chat rooms for any subject or no subject. Message boards are widely used for discussion of a certain topic, and the messages are left for everyone else to read and learn from. A newer form of communication over the Internet is the virtual messenger. The virtual messenger allows one to privately send a short message to a friend, or even to make new friends.
